Client care is not just something Bill does – it is genuinely who he is. You just can’t fake that big smile of his! Bill started his own business because of his desire to work hands on with clients providing them with the highest level of service. He believes that the most important aspect of business is ensuring a client walks away happy. To do so is simple. Listen to your client, understand their specific needs, and build a plan to achieve them.
“Our team understands your pain-points. A trusted business accountant can help you develop a planned approach. Regular monitoring throughout the year avoids that last minute year end scramble. Small Business accounting and planning is our specialty. Let’s face it – you didn’t get into business to wrestle with your books and taxes – but we did! It’s what we love and we do it well.”
Bill’s experience has allowed him to gain expertise in different areas of both tax, and financial accounting. He is a well-rounded and knowledgeable professional who will do whatever he can to help your business grow and meet your personal financial goals.
Strong Traditional Values
Bill believes we live in a business environment that is a lot different than it has been in the past. Our lives and businesses are more complex and Bill credits his success to strong traditional values. Bill’s clients enjoy the benefits of his breath of expertise allowing him to be your consultant, adviser, and resource for all your accounting and tax needs. There are many opportunities for businesses to flourish in Niagara, and the goal is to serve as part of that growth.
Your accountant should no longer be just the person you see once a year to file your taxes. Our business model and fee structure encourages living, ongoing relationships with our clients. To be true advisors, we understand the importance of being able to pick up the phone anytime throughout the year. You make decisions all of the time. Knowing the implications of ‘what if we do this’ on your bottom line or tax planning is imperative to success and avoid costly consequences later.
“Bill is my financial guy on all levels, great advice, on his game, sends me reminders of things I completely forgot about, continually reaches out to make sure things are good in my financial world. Helps us out with everything from personal taxes, business taxes to pensions and mortgages. Great guy and always A+ help! I recommend him to everyone I know. Also knows great contacts in other areas he doesn’t specialize in. I just bought a business and couldn’t have done it so smoothly without his help”. – Small Business Client
For an accountant, he is actually a pretty fun guy! Bill is happily married to his beautiful best friend Johanna. Together they are raising their three busy young boys – and a new daughter. Born and raised in Niagara, he is happy to be home to partner with Drew to build their practice.
When Bill is not working with clients you can find him with his boys doing the rough and tumble Dad thing; at the YMCA for a workout; playing golf, or competing on the football field.
